2011 Art Summary Meme

Because all the cool kids are doing it lol, but seriously now i can do one of these haha its been one great year and with lots of improvements
With
January i started working on anatomy ha i still had yet to discover the curve tool so all the lines there are straight |D and i first attempted a painted background
February i introduced Marks true form with his outlandish hair |D and fruity colors although it was fun to come up with them it was hard making it seem any realistic.
March i drew Steph in my version of a sneaking suit although i was critiqued about some apperal was not good for sneaking i defended how some was actually somewhat similar to snakes in mgs2. but i hindered it.
April Everyone was saying how my Steph looked like a child of Snake and Samus which i guess is pretty ironic because of my username ha. so i gave into the crowd and said okay shes the daughter of them [although in real life Snake cant produce children ] it was hard drawing a child i must admit
May may ohoho may, i drew this after an interesting roleplay into which the guy, Tor, came in and Stelle was like ohh are you my Torin and from then on they were together |D i really liked how i colored this
June i was getting into painting the background and i loved how i did this although my parent critic how the water doesnt look like water and should have been blue -__- they always have to put theyre 2 cents in.
July I improved on the painting background but it honestly took forever to do. and the shading was odd. and after i got feedback on the improvement club i realized how many mistakes there were and i hope to redo this image.
August Stelle x Tsuren I actually think that this would have been a cute couple maybe she likes Angst men~ idk when ever i look at this picture im kinda waiting for them to kiss since theyre so close but i remember its just a picture not a movie |D maybe theyre drunk~ [Sorry Torin her powers of seduction over power you to Tsuren]
September I tried Hard shading on the hair and i loved it but it was too difficult |D this was rather a silly picture
October i wanted to work on this during summer break but i got busy although the only thing i actually like is the perspective
November i absolutely loved how i colored his hair it took me the longest though Vilasith always seems like a laid back kind of guy and i think thats what i like about him
December Played with photoshop effects and i think it makes the image more dynamic and again with the painted background
